Flux

Every finished job becomes a review, a reminder, and repeat work

Flux texts your customer after the job is done. Happy ones go to Google, complaints come straight to you, and customers who have gone quiet get a nudge to book again.

Oh hey, yeah I actually need a checkup
Perfect, we will get you on the schedule.

How it works

You mark the job done. Flux handles every message that should follow.

Mark the job done

One tap from your phone in the truck.

Flux texts the customer

A short rating request goes out automatically, between 8 AM and 9 PM in your customer's time zone.

Good ratings go to Google

Low ratings come to you as private feedback instead, so you hear it first.

A reminder waits in the wings

You pick the gap. Flux texts when they are due for the next service.

Quiet customers get won back

Run a campaign or a plain check-in text to anyone who has not booked lately.

One screen for jobs, customers, and follow-ups

Every request Flux sends and every reply that comes back, tracked in one place.

The dashboard: every job and the follow-up it triggered, in one list.

What changes once follow-up stops being your job

Doing it by hand
  • You finish a job and hope the customer remembers to leave a review
  • An unhappy customer posts publicly before you knew anything was wrong
  • Past customers go quiet and nothing brings them back
  • No record of who got a follow-up and who slipped through
  • Every reminder depends on someone remembering to send it
Running on Flux
  • Every customer gets a follow-up text after every job
  • Low ratings reach you privately before they reach Google
  • Win-back campaigns text customers who have not booked in months
  • One dashboard holds every customer, job, and follow-up
  • You set the timing once and it runs on its own

Built for trades where Google reviews win the job

Pick your trade to see when your customers are most worth reaching.

Typical demand through the year HVAC
Peak Steady Slow Off season

Win-back campaigns follow that curve. Pool service picks up in May, HVAC in the first cold snap, lawn care at the first thaw. Set the schedule once per trade and Flux sends on it.

Questions worth asking first

Is texting billed separately?
No. Texting is part of the Momentum and Growth plans, so the monthly price is the price. Essentials is the CRM on its own and does not send texts.
Do I need my own phone number?
No. On the Growth plan, Flux provisions a dedicated number for your business and handles the carrier registration required to send business texts in the US. That registration is reviewed by the carriers and takes a few business days, so plan on a short wait before your first message goes out. On the Momentum plan, you get your own toll-free number that Flux has already registered with the carriers, assigned the moment you sign up, so nothing holds up your first message.
Is this compliant with texting rules?
Flux is built to help you follow them: messages only send between 8 AM and 9 PM in your customer's own time zone, STOP and the other opt-out keywords are honored immediately and permanently, and every opt-out is recorded per customer. You stay responsible for texting only customers who agreed to hear from you, and marketing campaigns require you to confirm written consent before they send. See the Texting Policy for the full messaging disclosures.
What happens to bad ratings?
A low rating never gets a Google link. The customer is routed to a private feedback form and the response lands in your dashboard, so you get the chance to fix it before it becomes a public review. Flux does not delete, hide, or alter reviews on Google.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel anytime. The discounted 1-year and annual prepaid options run for their full term, which is the trade-off for the lower rate. Pick monthly if you want the flexibility.
How long does setup actually take?
Your side takes about five minutes: create the account, connect your Google review link, and pick your message timing. Your dedicated number takes longer. We provision and register it for you, but business texting in the US requires carrier approval that we do not control, and that review can run several business days. We will not promise you a date we cannot hold. You can get everything else configured while it clears, and Flux starts sending as soon as the number is live.

Stop losing reviews to silence.
