Billing questions
What is the difference between the three billing options?
Monthly is the flexible one and cancels anytime. The 1-year option bills monthly at 10% less but runs for twelve months. Annual prepaid is 20% less, paid once up front for the year.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You create the account first and enter payment details when you are ready to activate a plan.
Is texting billed separately?
No. Texting is part of the Momentum and Growth plans, so the monthly price is the price. Essentials is the CRM on its own and does not send texts.
When can Growth actually start texting?
Once your dedicated number clears carrier registration. We provision and submit it for you, but the approval is the carriers' call and usually takes a few business days. Everything else in the account is usable right away.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. Moving up to Momentum starts its texting right away. Moving up to Growth turns the features on right away, and its texts begin once your dedicated number clears carrier registration. Moving down to a smaller plan is handled in the billing portal. If you are on a 12-month term, the term follows the plan.
