Billing questions

What is the difference between the three billing options?

Monthly is the flexible one and cancels anytime. The 1-year option bills monthly at 10% less but runs for twelve months. Annual prepaid is 20% less, paid once up front for the year.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You create the account first and enter payment details when you are ready to activate a plan.

What happens if I use up my SMS credits?

Your balance is visible in the app as you go and we let you know as it runs low, so there is no surprise overage on your bill.

When can Growth actually start texting?

Once your dedicated number clears carrier registration. We provision and submit it for you, but the approval is the carriers' call and usually takes a few business days. Everything else in the account is usable right away.

Can I move between Essentials and Growth?

Yes. Upgrading turns the SMS automation on right away. If you are on a 12-month term, the term follows the plan.
